Unless stated otherwise, The Music Room offers a complementary 24 month warranty valid from the date of purchase on all new and ex-demo products. This runs alongside the manufacturer's standard warranty. 

The Music Room will test the item and repair or replace at its option within a reasonable period of time. We will do our best to secure your complete satisfaction. As per normal, our warranty is return to base but we will pay for return shipping assuming there is a fault. As per audio industry standard, valves are guaranteed for 3 months.

USED PRODUCTS

We offer a 90 day warranty on all used products.

The Music Room warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
